ALMOST OUT OF TIME..!!

The weather is now fast changing, spring mornings on the increase and the extra hours of daylight give us more 'me' time - lets make use of it..
Recently I have seen clients achieve goals that were set many months ago, through planning, focus and encouragement they have experienced a 'life changing' time of their lives. Now done and finished?? Non have stopped, they have a new target, a new goal and they have all 'kicked on' to new fitness levels, raising their own bar to a new height

1. aimed for a sub 3 1/2 marathon in Cardiff……..achieved a sub 2

2. chair bound, overweight…………….Nordic walks, weight loss, reduction in blood pressure and medication, weekly workouts

3. self confidence…………running a ,marathon over a week, ran 6 k for firstt time last week, fitter, stronger, more confident

4. HR - stopped at 400 mtrs (water rower) due to excessive HR - now has good HR recovery, rows 2000 mars (water rower) regularly.

Above are 4 examples of what can be achieved, and its not through blood sweat and tears - the days of 'no pain = no gain' are over, - its good focus, planning, setting your first achievable target and enjoying the fitness regime you are following - absolutely no point in doing a programme that you hate and don't look forward to - you will be doomed to failure, there are enough exercises, classes and activities out there for you to find what you like.

Finally don't for one minute think its all about the gym and a membership - its outdoors time now, and it can all be virtually free..!!
